How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month.Perhaps you only have a handful of requests at the moment. That's where pausingyour subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period.
Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your
subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have
10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return whenyou have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscriptiongo to waste.
How do I send images?
CleanseAI offers a ton of flexibility in how you request work using Trello.Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing a link to aGoogle Drive folder containing all the images, a Dropox link, or even directlyemailing using tools like WeTranser. If you can link to it, email it, or share ityou’re good to go! You will also be given the option to include extra instructionsor notes that you want us to look at. Others have also shared loom links explainingtheir requests in more detail as they didn’t feel like writing out their brief.When in doubt, email us for any questions.
What is one request?
1 request is 1 collection of images that you send us. Each request can containan unlimited number of images, however, under the standard plan you mustwait until the first request is complete before submitting a second request.The pro plan allows for 2 requests at a time.
Do they have to be AI generated images?
Although our expertise is in fixing AI image distortions, there are cases where we accept images that need a different type of altering. When in doubt, email us about any questions.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
